With over a decade of experience in the payments and financial services industry, Lenny is passionate about driving digital transformation, expanding acceptance, and delivering innovative payment solutions that empower SME’s and acquirers across the region.
At Visa, Lenny works closely with banks, fintechs, merchants, and ecosystem partners to create seamless, secure, and scalable commerce experiences. He is dedicated to championing Visa’s mission to connect the world through the most innovative, reliable, and secure payment network, enabling individuals, businesses, and economies to thrive.
Mahlatse Mamaila is a finance graduate, entrepreneur, business advisor, and climate-tech innovator, founding INO-Biodiesel, Water fromAir Africa, and Trash-Converter. She has completed programs in project management, SAP HR, and business mentorship, and is a recognized global fellow and speaker, having participated in initiatives across Ghana, the USA, Brazil, China, and Europe. Mahlatse has received numerous accolades, including United Nations Africa Young Entrepreneur 2023, Forbes Africa 20 Most Powerful Women 2014, and Veuve Clicquot Bold Woman Award finalist. Passionate about empowering women, youth, and rural communities, she actively addresses climate solutions, social and economic transformation, and gender-based violence through motivational speaking, mentorship, and innovation in renewable energy and water access.
